How do I register my child for the
SSAT?
For Special Administration (with special accommodations):
Cancellation Policy
Day of Testing Procedure:
The test will begin at 9:30 am. Please be at the office at least 10 minutes early.
What to bring:
The student’s registration number – received when registering online
For special accommodations - if the student has permission to type his or her essay, he or she must bring a laptop/notebook computer and a diskette to be sent to SSAT.
The child may bring something to read, a snack, a drink or change for the vending machine because there will be two breaks.
Our office will provide pencils.
- Call for an appointment: (404)467-0514
- Send check to Pamela Frey ASAP to ensure the student’s space. The student’s space is not confirmed until your check is received.
- Register
with SSAT at www.ssat.org/flex and select the schools where you want your child's scores sent. You can decide to select schools or add schools at a later date but SSAT charges an additional fee for this service.
For Special Administration (with special accommodations):
- A student with a documented disability may apply to SSAT for special testing arrangements. This application is located in the Student Registration Guide or may be found on the web site (http://www.ssat.org/flex). This form must be completed and sent by your child's school to SSAT at least two weeks prior to the scheduled test date. SSAT will review your application and notify both you and us if the application was approved. We cannot allow any accommodations until we are notified by SSAT that your child has been approved for these accommodations.
Cancellation Policy
- Lenox Psychological Associates does not offer refunds for missed SSAT appointments. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time please let us know in advance. You may reschedule your appointment one time for no additional charge.
