Dr. Carol Raines Drummond
Dr. Drummond has been in private practice with Lenox Psychological Associates since 1998. She specializes in psychological and neuropsychological assessment of children from preschool through college. Dr. Drummond also provides psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families. She has a special interest in parenting education and coaching, and often speaks to parent groups in the Atlanta area. Prior to entering the field of psychology, Dr. Drummond worked as a pediatric nurse and pediatric nursing instructor. She has worked with children in a number of different roles.Since 2000, Dr. Drummond has served as the consulting psychologist for Trinity School, a private school in Atlanta for students in preschool through sixth grade. She also participates in the Joint Admissions Testing Program (JATP) by evaluating applicants to private schools in the Atlanta area. Dr. Drummond currently serves on the Council of Representatives of the American Psychological Association, the governing body of psychology's largest professional organization.
